Eugen was our first port of call in Jamaica. The apartments are perfectly adequate and the breakfast is very, very tasty and typical of the country. Eugen gives you good tips for the area and the whole island. We would start our trip here again :)

Five stars!! A cozy and clean apartment in a quiet location, with a pavilion and pool just great! The landlord Eugen is very helpful and made it a lot easier to get started in Jamaica. We felt very comfortable and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. We will be back definitely!!

Optimal starting point for everyone who wants to drift slowly in the Jamaican way of life. Ideal starting point for vacationers. Who we are
My name is Eugen Kumpfmüller and I have lived in Jamaica since 1992. However, I am originally from Landshut, Germany and worked as a Registered Nurse before I emigrated. What brought me to Jamaica was my dream to live in a multicultural nation. Jamaica is a melting pot of many cultures, (hence our motto Out of Many One People) so it was perfect for me. To this day I have no regrets about my decision. I live in Irwindale, Montego Bay in St. James with my wife Claudette. Here we run a guest house with three apartments, and since 2012 have been receiving mostly German guests on a regular basis. I see my job as giving our guests a pleasant start to their island holiday.
